Aside from being very low profile, these two Kapuso actors somehow show more responsible than others. Fast forward to summer 2016 and they are now ventured into the restaurant scene.
First on Alden Richards putting up his restaurant in Tagaytay, the CONCHA'S GARDEN. And blessed more with three branches. He recently shared that he's happy with the upcoming fourth branch.
The fourth branch is also underway.
“And then we’re gonna be up for franchising next year, so sobrang blessed ako that I’ve met my partner," referring to Gemma Sembrano, a chef.
"Kasi siya talaga ang nag-aalaga ng business namin,” he said during the event of Vida Nutriscience, Inc., the makers of SnowCaps whitening product, which Alden endorses.
His next goal, which he intends to achieve this year, is put up a gasoline station.
“Before the year ends, I’m gonna be coming up with a gas station,” he revealed.
He is also considering a spa business.
“Based on experience, hindi po maganda na all the eggs in one basket. You have to diversify kasi siyempre hindi naman panay ang demand sa iisa, kailangan may iba ka sources pa ng income.”
He got his entrepreneurial spirit from his dad, Richard Faulkerson, who will manage Alden's gas station.
Likewise, his perennial onscreen partner Maine Mendoza has also started venturing into business.
Just recently, she opened a franchise of the fast-food chain that she and Alden endorse.
Her family owns gasoline stations, too.
Last week, 'Eat Bulaga' superstar Maine Mendoza spotted at an event for the new branch of McDonald's in Sta. Clara.
It seems that the McDonald's branch will be managed by her older sister Niki Mendoza-Catalan. Her on screen partner Alden Richards was not present in the opening but her whole family was there.
Nonetheless, the phenomenal couple has the most loyal fans even on their business, they show all out support
These are what AlDub couple has which the other young celebrities don't mind. Having some interest in business and keeping what they earned.
